Gioca ("the app") is made by Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. We built Gioca to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what the app uses and why.

What we do not collect

• No account, email, phone number or password.
• No location, contacts, photos or microphone.
• No advertising, no ad identifiers and no tracking across apps or websites.
• No analytics.

Stored only on your device

Your chosen player name, settings (game, table, difficulty, language options) and game statistics are saved locally on your device. They never leave your device unless you play online, and they are removed when you delete the app.

Online play

When you create or join an online room, the app sends our game server the player name you chose, a random anonymous ID generated on your device (so you can reconnect to your seat), your moves and any quick chat reactions you send. This is used only to run the game and show it to the other players in that room. Room data is kept on our server (Cloudflare) only as long as needed to run and resume the game and is not used for anything else, sold or shared. Cloudflare may process standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the connection and protect the service, under its own privacy policy.

Turn-by-turn games and notifications

Games with friends are kept on our server until they end, so you can leave and come back. Your list of games is linked only to the random anonymous ID above. If you allow notifications, the app sends our server a push token for your device so we can tell you when it is your turn, when a friend joins, or when a game ends. Notifications are delivered by Apple Push Notification service on iPhone and iPad and by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android. The token is used for nothing else and is deleted when it stops working. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Children

Gioca is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Online play only shares the name the player types, so we suggest children use a first name or nickname.

Your choices

You can play entirely offline against the computer. To remove local data, delete the app. To ask about or delete any online room data, email us.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.

Gioca non richiede account, non mostra pubblicità e non usa tracciamento o analisi. Nome, impostazioni e statistiche restano sul tuo iPhone. Nelle partite online inviamo al server solo il nome scelto, un ID anonimo casuale, le mosse e i messaggi rapidi, esclusivamente per far funzionare la partita.
